OCT 3 – The start of the last 90-day performance period for Improvement Activities
DEC – Initial 2025 eligibility information released by CMS
DEC 31 – 2024 reporting period ends
JAN 2, 2025 – Submission window opens for 2024 reporting
MAR 31, 2025 @ 8 PM ET – Deadline to submit 2024 data to CMS
